Anna Camp isn’t ruling out another installment in the Pitch Perfect series.
The Aiken, South Carolina native, 36, appeared on The Talk Tuesday, where she made clear she’d be happy to reprise her role of Aubrey Posen in the musical comedy following the franchise’s three feature films released in 2012, 2015 and 2017.
The topic came up amid a discussion about a pair of group shots posted to social media last fall with her co-stars in the anthology, including Anna Kendrick, 33, Ester Dean, 36, Chrissie Fit, 34, Brittany Snow, 32, and Rebel Wilson, 38.
‘We are always so happy that the fans still love the girls and still love stories – I’m not saying no,’ said Camp. ‘I think a great idea would be like a Golden Girls Pitch Perfect and we could all be in a nursing home, singing, you know.’
She said that she and her co-stars would continue with the popular film series ‘for the rest of our lives’ amid the perfect professional chemistry.
‘We love being around each other and love playing the characters so much.’
The True Blood alum later took to Instagram to recap her fun time on the CBS program.
‘Always a pleasure talking with these wonderful women.’ she wrote, tagging the talk show. ‘Thanks for letting me chat about @eggthefilm out this Friday! Also about tattoos, Rocky, and other fun things.’
This past October, more scuttlebutt erupted over a potential fourth film when Camp took to social media with a shot of herself with Fit, Snow and Wilson, holding up four fingers apiece, hinting at another cinematic rendezvous.
Snow, speaking with Extra last fall, said she believed the cast members ‘would be game for it.
