In the months leading up to the release of her latest single Hard White, she insisted that the cutting lyrics were not aimed at her arch-nemesis Cardi B.

And Nicki Minaj has now unveiled a new music video to accompany the track, showing her donning a series of crowns as she’s surrounded by zombie-like figures while taking centre-stage in an apocalyptic setting.

In the video, her first visual from 2018’s Queen since unveiling Barbie Drams in September, the 36-year-old rapper dons a series of glittering crowns and rests on a throne as she slickly declares: ‘My legacy could never be undone.’

As well as ghoul-like figures with powdered faces, the Mike Ho-directed clip includes a number of other dark themes, including rituals, ravens and a stark desert setting.

Trinidadian-born beauty Nicki, who recorded Hard White shortly after Paris Fashion Week in 2017, insisted in an interview last year that the position-affirming track was not a swipe at her rival Cardi B, 26.

The pair have been at loggerheads since fellow New Yorker Cardi’s meteoric rise to fame, with their feud famously boiling over into a physical altercation at New York Fashion Week back in September.

Nicki recently jetted over to Australia, where she performed at a series of shows, as she’s set to kick off a European tour in Germany on February 21.

As well as a busy professional life, the star is also happy on the romance front – and recently revealed that she gets intimate with her new beau Kenneth Petty up to three to four times a night.

She bragged about her sex life with her with her former jailbird boyfriend when she answered a fans tweet, which said: ‘Nicki probably getting d**k 6x a night and giggles when y’all keep saying 3 (sic)’

Replying to them earlier this month, the Anaconda hitmaker wrote: ‘3-4 on average. 6 is a bit much sis.’ [sic]
