Lady Gaga delivers Frank Sinatra standards during surprise performance at jazz club in Hollywood

Lady Gaga has always had the flare for the theatrical.

And that’s exactly what went down when she hit the stage for an impromptu performance at the Black Rabbit Rose cocktail bar in Hollywood Thursday night.

To the surprise, and delight, of the audience, the Born This Way singer dusted off her crooning vocal style and belted out two jazzy-infused tunes made famous by Ol’ Blue Eyes himself, Frank Sinatra.

‘My whole life, you know, I’ve been called irresponsible,’ Gaga said to the stunned crowd. ‘It doesn’t make me so mad because it’s kind of true… and I like to hear the truth.’

With those introductory words, the band kicked into Call Me Irresponsible.

The superstar singer looked to be in fine form dressed in a stylish black faux fur coat that stripped off to reveal her skin-tight black leather halter dress.

Keeping with her homage to the old school, she wore her platinum blonde locks pulled back into in a retro beehive hairdo.
