She’s never afraid to make a statement at glamorous red carpet events.
And Jameela Jamil, 33, ensured all eyes were on her as she attended the GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
The Good Place star cut a stylish figure in a sleek black strapless dress as she took to the stage to present the Outstanding Documentary accolade to Imagine Dragons musician Dan Reynolds, 31.
Her chic mini dress was overlaid with a sheer mesh skirt, the fabric falling just above her ankle with intricate lace detailing on the hem.
And Jameela finished off her ensemble with a pair of heeled studded biker boots and delicate silver jewellery.
The actress wore her brunette locks loosely curled around her shoulders and added a pop of colour to her monochrome look with bold fuchsia eye shadow.
Activist Jameela also donned a blue ‘&’ pin – which is the symbol of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation – when she presented an award later in the night.
The event celebrated accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community within the media.
Beyoncé and Jay Z were honoured with one of the night’s biggest prizes – the Vanguard Award – at the 30th annual show.
