Talent show judge Kelly Rowland is back in Australia for the new season of The Voice.
The former Destiny’s Child singer was spotted strolling the streets of Bondi in a pink T-shirt, pink shorts and white trainers on Monday.
And while it is no surprise that the star is staying in her favourite seaside suburb, her choice of rental is raising eyebrows for its rather humble appearance.
It has been revealed that Kelly, 37, will be staying in a nondescript red-brick block of flats in North Bondi while she appears on season eight of The Voice.
The building, while fitted with wide picture windows and long balconies, is reminiscent of the many cookie-cutter 1960s-era apartment blocks in the area.
However, a closer inspection of the premises reveals just why the Channel Seven star will be staying at the $4,900-per-week rental.
The property is in a prime location, boasting expansive views of Bondi’s world-famous beach.
Given the position of the block, the mum-of-one will wake up to the sun streaming in over the shores of the coastal idyll.
Inside, the apartment is fitted out with blonde floorboards and chic mid-century style furnishings.
